As we strive to fulfill our mission of "Creating communication bridges for community resilience," we learn about new and existing solutions that can serve our community.

AREDN stands for Amateur Radio Emergency Data Network. It is a high-speed digital data network specifically designed for amateur radio operators to facilitate robust and reliable communication during emergencies. Our discussion covered the foundational aspects of AREDN, including its architecture, key components, and the benefits it offers to our community.

Our exploration of AREDN marks another step towards enhancing the communication capabilities of the Utah County Amateur Radio Service. We continue to learn about radio solutions that can bennefit our mission to Create communication bridges for community resilience.

We extend our gratitude to all members who participated in the meeting and contributed to the insightful discussions. Stay tuned for updates on our AREDN initiatives and upcoming training sessions.
